This document sets forth the terms and conditions governing the booking and payment policies between Mystical Nepal Treks (P) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MNT") and the traveler (hereinafter referred to as "Client"). By making a booking with MNT, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.
1. Reservation and Payment
To confirm a booking, the Client must pay a security deposit of 20% of the total trip cost per person.
The deposit must be made via bank transfer to the following account:
- Account Holder: Mystical Nepal Treks (P) Ltd.
- Account Number: 13201050024754
- Bank: Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited
- Branch: Kathmandu, Nepal
- SWIFT Code: NIBLNPKT
The remaining balance is payable upon arrival in Kathmandu or before the trip starts via bank transfer.
Bank and Payment Charges
The Client is responsible for any bank charges incurred during the payment transfer.
A 4% processing fee applies to all credit and debit card payments as per Nepal's banking regulations.
3. Pricing and Currency
All trip prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
If the Client voluntarily leaves the trip for any reason, no refund will be provided for unused services.
If MNT is unable to operate the trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as flight cancellations, weather conditions (e.g., snowstorms, landslides), or natural disasters, an alternative trip of similar nature and standard will be offered.
Any additional expenses due to cancellations beyond MNT’s control will be the Client’s responsibility.
5. Conduct and Expulsion
The Trekking Leader/Guide has the right to expel the Client from the group for serious misconduct, unlawful behavior, or failure to adhere to safety instructions.
6. Itinerary Modifications
MNT reserves the right to alter the itinerary, walking duration, or route due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances to ensure the safety and well-being of the group.
7. Liability and Extra Expenses
MNT is not responsible for extra expenses incurred due to flight delays or cancellations, particularly for flights to/from Lukla and Jomsom.
Any additional costs incurred due to personal expenses or factors beyond MNT’s control are the Client’s responsibility.
8.Privacy and Data Protection
MNT collects and uses the Client’s personal details solely for booking and trip operations.
MNT does not sell, share, or misuse personal data for any other purposes.
9.Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Any complaints regarding the trip must be reported to MNT at the earliest possible opportunity to allow for a timely resolution.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of Nepal.
By booking a trip with Mystical Nepal Treks (P) Ltd., the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
